My second attempt! Actually..should consider it as first..since this time with better recipe + complete ingredients. *obviously complete ingredients, i head out today to buy everything. heh* and you know what? I took almost 3 hours to prepare everything..from cutting to cleaning. omg so long. Will make this for my family when i’m back. Since my family loves Italian food. Ohh and i can cook carbonara from scratch also. Thanks to Vicky (Lynn’s bro’s gf). *psst, way better than the recipe from the cafe i used to work at* tsktsk I should start practicing on my oriental cuisines also..can’t be feeding my future husband Italian food only. eehehe

Bolognese sauce.

It got to be a bit dry..so that the lasagne won’t be watery.

Cheese sauce.

At first, i was panicking cause it was so watery and i was thinking how the heck will it be thick.
And later on, it got thicker..and i think it got too thick. tsk. >.>

*well sort of, the sheets should be softer. prolly should bake it longer*
